Digital Wellness Screening

This technology allows us to take a photo of the Retina (back of the eye), as well as a high-definition scan of the layers of the Retina and Optic Nerve.  This scan, called an OCT, is often described as a “MRI of the Retina” as it allows the Doctors to examine the microcellular layers of the retina.  The screening test is easy, painless, and fast.
 
Our Doctors recommend screening for every patient, although the test can often be done every few years after a baseline is established.
